Hello world! Blogging on the train otw to work, this has gotta be a first.

Just wanted to say that I'm finally done with my big presentation - it was yesterday morning and the comments from very senior high-ups were also great, which was really the icing on the cake.

Life is gonna be super great for a while!!

Cos I have 2 weeks in office before I head off for another 2-month course, which means I probably won't get new projects anytime soon. Just gonna be clearing my daily work hehe

Also next week I'm taking a day off to go to JB, and then friday we get to go off early cos it's family day yas

I've another day off the following week as well

team lunch! forgot the name of the place but food was decent

pulut hitam and coconut ice-cream - the combination i never knew i needed

had my course at chinatown, so i met up with the ampd friends for lunch since they worked there
had ri ri hong for the first time, totally over-ordered and it was way too salty for us

totally appreciated all the free food at course though wow

the first and last time i went for a run in july LOL

was thinking of this throughout the run

hashtag worth it

and then some more calories

went on a little adventure to buy coffee in the morning on my second day of course
it was not very nice, but good walk

after course i went to bugis to meet ampd friends agn for fatboys cos sirui came back from japan!

was hungry while waiting for everyone else

quick lunch the next day

did a bit of shopping at tampines daiso before driving lesson - wanted to buy a coaster but it was a lemon :( sad

we went to chesntnut nature park, it was great

went to this place for traditional bfast but service was so bad :(
nice food but really not worth it, we waited more than half an hour for the eggs despite repeated reminders
left in the end without having my eggs

met sherwin afters - he had a free chalet stay from balloting

v good mala dinner!! missed pasir ris mala

went to redhill on monday with colleagues for lunch

went to sherwin's chalet again on tues for a bbq...
the bbq wasn't starting properly so we attempted this LOL
but it did not go well, pls do not try this at home kids

funniest thing happened - i bumped into lianne at the lift landing!
we were both at the same place on the same day for course (albeit different course)
what are the odds still!
we had a quick lunch w my colleagues before we escaped to mellower coffee nearby cos they were having 1-for-1 hehe

so good!! jewel coffee is still my favourite though

i don't always eat like this btw, it's just that i like to make use of the extra morning time while on course to find nice food/coffee hahahaha

went prawning with jiams and kun that night
we caught like 7 prawns in 2h 15 :(
some nice guy gave us about 9 prawns though

saw someone's car on fire oh man

 

rly bad fire! pleasantly surprised scdf came and put it out so quick

tried buddy hoagies with fam today for brunch! was decent

had such a good long weekend can't believe it's back to reality tmr :'(

also realised i have quite a few group photos in my other camera folder
may or may not upload them next week
