Well, some people just have it all.

Anyway, life is really unpredictable. A while ago, I posted an ad on olx.com or something like that, saying we needed a drummer, since Jx left recently. And I totally forgot all about the ad, until today when I received this sms from an unknown number, and I thought it was just another SingTel advert and I was about to delete it when I saw the words 'bass', 'guitar' and 'drummer'.

And I was like o____o and I read on and realised this local guy is interested in joining our band! But in the ad I asked for the person to be preferably around 15-18, and he's 20. I started hyperventilating and I called Lianne and told her, and we were like OHHMYGAWD.

Well, we found out his name is Vincent, and he's from Myanmar, graduated from Nanyang Poly, working now, and he's performed back in his country and here as well. He's helping a girl with her album now, and he plays guitar, bass and drums though he's not as good in drums as compared to guitar.

I thought it sounded too good to be true actually. I mean, if he's so talented, why can't he find a new band, instead of having to resort to searching online for a band? He said he left his previous band cause they had 'budget problems'. And he talks very professionally, like he takes making music very seriously. It's kinda funny, seeing how we're such amateurs, and he treats us like we're Paramore or something. LOL

Anyway, Lianne thinks we should recruit him (It's cause she thinks he's etuc after seeing his Facebook, HAHA), Tania's fine with anything, but Sarah and Andrew (being our more serious and careful bandmates) think it's unadvisable, because we barely know him. At first we wondered if it was a scam, but after seeing his Facebook, he just looks like a typical young Singaporean guy :/

Don't know what to think now, but if Sarah and Andrew don't want to, then I guess I'll go along with their decision, although it'd be nice meeting someone as zai/passionate about music as him. His facebook profile picture is Joey Mask from Slipknot, so I'm guessing he likes rock :D

Well, went for dinner with Lianne today. Nia couldn't come cause she was having a cold and she vomitted.

We went to WS Library first to see if there was any Tuesdays with Morrie/Freedom Writers since we both haven't started reading any books or borrowed them yet. Freedom Writers is only available at Bedok Library ): Sianz.

So we left to go airport's Aston to have dinner. On the way there, in the skytrain towards T1, we saw six guys and Lianne thought one of them looks etuc. And I couldn't see his face properly, so we kept glancing over quite suspiciously. And they actually looked back, and at this point all of them looked at us at the same time, then they turned back and exchanged glances. Oh my gawd.

And they were walking in the same direction as us, and I said jokingly, what if they go to Aston's like us? And Lianne said won't so qiao. BUT REALLY EH. T____T They went up the escalator to Aston's, and Lianne and I were like omg, please don't turn towards Aston's, but they did, and we were worried they'd think we were stalking them, cause we were walking behind them all the way from skytrain to Aston's.

And every few seconds, they'd turn back to look at us. AHHHH. No face already. But in the end of course we still went in. Sat at a table far away from theirs, heng. We got Chargrilled chicken with potato and pasta salalds, and they mistook our order and thought it was for one person only -_____- so Lianne had to wait longer for hers, since she let me have the first one.

Left after eating, and the guys still looked at us when we were paying the bill, probably cause I looked at them first HAHA. Embarrassing ttm.

Went to Starbucks and realised they didn't accept the card there, so we walked off. Then Lianne offered to pay for some of my drink, since I only had $3.10 left.

Got a white choc mocha frap and sat there. Called Sarah and Andrew to see what they thought about Vincent, and yeah, it's all up there. Andrew only picked up when Sarah called him but not when I called him, why! Hmph.

Train-ed home after Starbucks. The weather today's super cold :/ but well, I guess it's better than the usual heat.

and I know it's quite noob that I don't know it on piano.

I think it's nice that he gave me those scores,

but I'm not exactly interested in Evergreen hits. LOL.

And I think throughout my whole life,

I've probably spoken about ten words to him. Haha.

Ally asked me if I wanted to play fb Pet Society,

and I said okay, and ended up sitting there watching her play.

Cut the cake after that. It was super nice!

and I still didn't know what they were talking about.

Hello, I'm back! I'm currently typing using the Compose page, which is something I haven't done in months. LOL.

So well, I spent the whole day yesterday at home as usual. But I did productive things though, like reading the Iforgotwhatit'scalled book. The one about Huo Yun that's damn lame. I strongly dislike Qin Fang and Wan Jia! Hahaha. I still have the other book to read; I'm scared I won't be able to finish both. I also haven't read Freedom Writers yet, but I've watched the movie. I intend to borrow Freedom Writers maybe sometime soon.

Tell me why can't Chinese books be as interesting as English ones? I mean at least for English books you have cool stuff like Freedom Writers and the Diary of Anne Frank and David Copperfield's works and maybe Shakespeare. The Chrysalids isn't a bad book either actually, but naturally we get bored of it if we have to do tests and exams on that book for a whole year -rolls eyes-

Chinese books are always all about fighting and gongfu and whatever, and the storyline is like no storyline, just the lame unrealistic adventures of one kungfu expert or smth. Then travel here travel there, fight this bad guy, fight that bad guy, then at the end rescue the poor darling damsel in distress, and tada! Finish. Psh. Sorry for the rant HAHA

Anyway, late yesterday afternoon my brother's friends Aloysius and Jovi came over. They were blasting music really loud. Mostly is what, SNSD, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, though there was also MCR ♥

Seriously I think all guys should just admit they only like certain female artists because of all the flesh they reveal. Tut tut tut. I tell you what's a real good singer; it's ladies like Christina Aguilera and Liza Minelli. Beyonce isn't too bad but she's pitchy, and Rihanna is just... meh. Mariah Carey used to be and is most probably still good, but I haven't heard much from her recently. For Korean pop, 2NE1 owns all. Kekeke

The music world is pretty screwed up these days.

Well, moving on. So they were blasting music, and then I said to my mom who was next to me while I used the computer: "Why their taste in music so bad one" and then there was this awkward silence in the next room where the boys were. I think they heard me. LOL.

Then after that they played It's My Life, and my father remarked randomly to my mom "Actually, Jovi's quite a nice name. We wanted to name our son Jovi, remember?" and he didn't know there was a Jovi who heard in the next room HAHA. Aloysius stayed for dinner. Talk about awkward.

Today I went out with Mr Kee. We ATB-ed (Anyhow Take Bus) on Bus 37, only knowing that it terminated at North Changi. And omg, we reached there in like 20min and everybody looked at us weirdly when they alighted and I wondered why. The place is like super ulu can, I imaged we would alight at this Changi food centre near this cycling track through this super lovely forest that looks just like the one in Twilight. I cycled there before and I loved it. Ahh

So we got off at a random stop and boarded the next bus which happened to be a 5. Passed by Bedok Reservoir and many random places before finally getting off at Far East Plaza, yay. Window-shopped and bought Starbucks. Oh, I spent like, uhh, 9.30 + 6.30 + 2.80 today on lunch, dinner and Starbucks. Wo de tian ah

Far East got a lot of cute guys. Lianne and I invented codewords for 'hot' and 'cute', which is 'toh' and 'etuc', obviously the other way around. So now we can freely incline our heads in a certain direction and say 'etuc' without anyone knowing we're actually looking at guys HAHAHA. Smart right, I know.

We entered this shop cause I saw a brown blouse I liked, and the sales assistant immediately walked over and was like would you like to try it on? And I hesitated and she was like all 'Oh you can just pull it over, since you're wearing a tank' and I was like o_o and she proceeded to pull the blouse over me, right there and then. Oh my freaking crumbs, how can liddat one. And I had difficulty taking it off, cause my long pendant got tangled, and I know people were looking. EMBARRASSING TTM.

Her: "So would you like to buy it?" -shrewd smile-
Me: "Umm sorry I think I'll come back and buy it another time."
Her: "Oh why?" -smile-
Me: "I, uh, don't have enough money." (A blatant lie)
Her: "Oh, then you could pay a deposit first." -smiles- (Hello-oh, is that a question or statement?)
Me: "It's okay, I think I'll just buy it another time. Sorry." (Not at all sorry)

Quite obviously, I will never go back to that shop again.

And then, we went to Zara and picked out clothes for each other to try. HAHA. Two dresses each. One of both was the same: this super short, super tight, strapless leopard print dress. Then she made me try this long black spaghetti strap low-cut thing, I think it's called a romper? Thankfully I wore my tube today. Muahahaha. I think it's quite nice actually. And I gave her a black dress as well. Came out and showed each other. LOL.

Anyway, after she bought muah chee and I bought sandwiches, we sat down at this ulu sitting place near a art store, in between two girls and a totally etuc guy. All of them were eating bread/snacks like us. LOL. At first I didn't see his face clearly so when Lianne said 'etuc' I thought he wasn't. She suspected he was waiting for his friend to come, or for his girlfriend to come out from the art store.

Then he stood up and walked away, into the store. I know Lianne felt sad. Heh. We didn't wanna seem like stalkers, but the art shop looked interesting so after eating we went in to have a look. (NOT STALKING) and then I saw him and realised he's actually very etuc HAHA. And then we couldn't find him after walking a few rounds. (REALLY NOT STALKING) so we were like aww and decided to go home after that.

And we came out and saw him walking in our direction, down the escalator too. LOLOL. Had a hard time containing my laughter. I think he heard us.

So, we train-ed home. It was peak hour so it was packed like mad. Gah. Was super glad to finally reach home cause my legs were aching.

Went out yesterday with Nicole from RSS.
Decided to go to Orchard, and walked around at first,
cause we weren't feeling hungry.
She helped me look around for a present for my mom,
but anyway I didn't buy anything cause I had no moneh.
I want to get her smth different cause her birthday falls on Xmas Day,
and I haven't gotten her a present in ages.
(I know, I'm a bad daughter)

My family doesn't give presents to one another during Xmas.
Instead, we just go out for one whole day together or smth.
That's how we celebrate. Haha. We're unique!
I simply don't know what to get her cause she doesn't lack anything.
She's got more than enough clothes, she doesn't wear much accessories,
and anyway she can't really wear anything fancy to school.
Maybe I'll just make her a pretty card? -shrug-

Well anyway then Nic and I went to this shop
and started trying on heels for fun.
Conclusion: I cannot walk properly in heels HAHAHA
I felt really weird even just standing.
Was super scared I'l fall and make a fool outta myself.
No experience wearing them, anyway I don't need,
I don't wanna stand out in the crowd LOL
Saw this group of pretty Caucasian girls also trying heels,

It was fun trying on though.

Ended up paying less than her because it was all I had. HAHAHA
But the food was good though, I mean duh,

Then we went to walk around a few shops.
Went to a art and craft shop that's really interesting,
they have a whole variety of everything you'll ever need for art.
Also visited Muji, which actually has quite cute stuffs,
I never realised. Well then after that I had to go.
Mrt-ed back alone, and it took super long.
Some woman next to me was blasting rap on her earpieces.
Super loud, like really really loud, people were staring and all.
I was thinking how the hell does she live with those blaring things in her ears!
It's like having someone yell through a loudhailer right into your ears constantly.

I was already annoyed enough by it,
but then it changed to Lady Gaga and I was like ...
Yeah. Sometimes I don't know who's worse,
Lady Gaga or Justin Bieber. -rolls eyes-

So I was glad to get off at Simei.
Reached home and felt really exhausted.

Today I went for piano as usual,
and it's the last lesson of the year, YAY
I like my Clementi piece, and at first I thought it was easy,
but then today I realised it's like playing scales, hai.
Speaking of which, I have a lot to do for scales.

I also got started on one of my chinese books today!
Had a panick attack cause I realised I still haven't read
either of those damned books, so I took the brownish one first.
Still got the other one. The one about fighting.
Die already.

FRERARDDDDDDDD. ♥

Went to my cousin's house to visit yesterday. The last time I was there, I played them one of my songs, and my younger niece was so inspired, she played me a song she apparently wrote. She's only six, and played both hands. I was so touched! At her age, I was only singing random melodies. Ahaha, that made my day.

Spent the rest of the afternoon there trying to listen to my iPod whenever I could, but my older niece Ally made me play Barbies with her. All I can say that Barbies are probably, in my opinion, the worst toy ever invented. I mean, you put on their clothes, take off their clothes, then you make them walk around... ?! Totally no fun please.

During the evening we watched a tape from the Super Show, which is the Super Junior Show. It was actually good, I always stereotyped and thought SM artists couldn't sing well at all but I guess that's only for SNSD. Suju is good live. I like Kyuhyun and Ryeowook's voices!

Then today I woke up at like 620am just to go play bball with the usuals- Dionne, Elaine, Jiaminn. I got there first, at like 720am. D came at 730, and we played abc. I can't do three-pointers for nuts. I think I pulled a muscle trying to do it. Somehwere in my left arm hurts for no reason. Elaine and Jm came much later, like around 830am.

We played three matches. First round, me and Dionne vs Jm, Elaine. We owned, 10v2. LOL. Second, me and Jm vs Dionne, Elaine. 10v8, me & Jm won. Lastly, me and Elaine vs Dionne, Jm. 4v0, Elaine and I lost. Hahaha.

I couldn't get the damn ball at all during the last match! Jm moved like lightning, whoosh. And Pig kept getting the rebounds. Oh I know she's stalking my blog, so... LOL. Dionne, tag! You can just say hi or whatever :D

After that we just went home since Pig had to go for her buffet lunch. Tsk. Boarded the bus with Jm and advised her not to sit next to me because I felt sticky and disgsting. But unfortunately later some tall guy came and plonked down next to me. Felt very self-conscious cause I thought I stank. (<-- Is there such a word?)

Went home and bathed. Shuang ah! We're playing bball this Sunday, Simei. My idea of course /pam

This post was typed out on my iPod, so just ignore any spelling/grammar mistakes.

Firstly, I just realised in Pink's So What video, she played the exact elec guitar that I have at home! Unfortunately she smashed it to death in the end. But that guitar is my uncle's and it's probably way older than me. Both of my guitars are my seniors, as I've said before. And coincidentally I also saw that guitar being used in the Tamp studio, near Block 201B I think? So weird huh. Must've been a real popular model.

Secondly, Burlesque is PG13, thank God. It's like one month till release in SG and I'm already desperate to watch it. Christina Aguilera's voice is like... Indescribable. LOL. And then there's Cam Gigandet in it. HAWT ttm. Those biceps I saw in the trailer... /pam Hah I feel like a perv.

I'm quite the sucker for these kind of movies. Fame, all three Step Ups, Stomp The Yard, (I especially like this one cause it's got both Chris Brown and Ne-Yo in it haha kidding) Take The Lead. Step Up 1 was my favourite out of all the Step Ups. Choreo was amazing, Channing and Jenna were awesome, plot wasn't too bad as well. Rebellious street dancer meets aspiring dance school ballerina -gasp-

Moving on! Remember that tsunami in Dec 2006 that killed tens/hindreds of thousands of people? Well I realise I was there with my family barely one week before it happened. We were in Phuket and before that, we were on the cruise and my mom says she remembers us asking her why we could hearing this bubbling noise below the ship, like smth was boiling, and she said it never happened before.

But we didn't think much of it. And when we were on Phuket, we had a great time. There was a small drinks store and we bought coke and sat there and admired the beach, and my mom wanted me to go have my hair braided into cornrows by this smiling old woman on the beach who offers hair braiding services to the tourists there.

She kept wanting me to go despite me repeatedly saying no, and I realise now that she actually just wanted to help the old lady make some money. And then after that we went to have lunch at a western food place, the young lady was very friendly and I still remember having a chicken burger, and it was good.

But thinking back now, the drinks stall man, the old smiling lady, the young waitress, they're most likely all dead. My mom had an ex-colleague who was there when it happened, and she managed to escape. She was traumatised and was never the same afterward- she couldn't speak properly for three months.

I was seriously really lucky that my holiday trip there wasn't during that time. My father wanted to go during xmas, buty mother didn't want to go so late, and thank heavens she said no, or I wouldn't be here today.

Guess I just wanna say that life is actually really short, and I know it sounds like a really bad line from a movie, but you really gotta treasure it, and be happy you were born in SG, because really. We are one of the safest places in the entire enormous world. So treasure your life, take it seriously. I'm no life philosopher, but I do believe we're all here for a reason.

I was like this close to becoming a victim of a natural disaster.

Anyway, went to meet with the band today. Met at tamp interchange at 1230pm, and I was the last even though I was only five min late. As usual Lianne woke up late, hai. Old habits die hard. So all of us (me Tania Sarah Andrew Jx) went to the studio first. Lianne reached soon after. I guess I'm fine with all the songs we've done so far. As usual as we don't start doing some Bieber thing I'm happy. Might be doing an acoustic Billionaire next. Ooh we also might be adding a seventh member. LOL. I know it's kinda crowded, but -shrug- the more the merrier! Shan't reveal his identity unless it's confirmed.

Mmm today's meetup was more efficient than our previous ones. I believe (I hope) we're improving! Though I still feel redundant. Tania lacks confidence in her singing, tsk. You can sing girl! Don't let your pessmism (whatever you spell it) get to you!

Well time flies when you're with the band, and before we knew it, it was 3pm already. But we actually had a teeny bit of spare time in the end, so it was a good thing I guess. Went to watch Hello Stranger with Tania & Lianne after that and it was awesome! The girl so pretty. The guy had a cute personality. It's cliched I guess but the ending was like ?! Goi is super pretty though.

After that Tania went home to eat with her father. Hai. Lianne and I proceeded to Aston's at T1 after much deliberating, and ate the usual. Haven't been to Aston's for only two weeks or so and I felt so good eating it. LOL. Then we went to Starbucks and got coffee.

I spent like 27.5 today minus the money the girls owe me, nooo. Took train home and totally felt like sleeping. I also have this urge to buy jeans lately. Haha. Weather's getting kinda cold, so shorts aren't practical. Though I'll probably regret saying that when Feb or March comes around.

Anyway, spent today being a lazy pig at home. I watched a lot of random stuffs on Youtube. Youtube is kinda like my basic thing, I practically live on Youtube. Mmm if I'm not wrong, today I started off watching a few MCR vids, then I watched SS501's Love Like This and Let Me Love Ya (songs originally written by Drew R Scott & Michaelangelo, that's awesome), then I watched two SNSD live performances before I decided all the over-cuteness was blinding me, then I watched Cimorelli, and I think I listened to Ne-Yo, and then I listened to most of MCR's tracks on Danger Days, then I visited Thomas Fiss' channel.

And lots more, but I don't think you're really interested right.

Don't know how it's possible, but I fall more and more in love with Danger Days everytime I listen to it. That's some awesome shit there, unfortunately some old fans don't think so. Went to have lunch with my mom, cousin and grandma yesterday. We went to Putien at Parkway. Before that, my mom & I went shopping, and I got a pair of jeans. I don't understand, she doesn't allow me to buy much clothes outside, yet she totally doesn't mind buying me clothes when I go shopping with her. Tsk, want my company then say so lah. Heh heh.

After that we went to my cousin Janet's house, and I met my two nieces Ally and Fiona, and I haven't seen them in ages! Played hide and seek and catching round their huge house with them just to be a nice, friendly aunt, and played the piano, played Pet Society on Fb with Ally and all. It's so cute how they vie for my attention. LOL. According to their mom, or my cousin, they totally idolise me. -touched- Alright, maybe I don't really like kids, but I'll make an exception for my nieces.

My cousin and my nieces love my songs! The ones that I played on the piano, of course, I'm not gonna sing in front of them. Then after that my dad came and we fetched my grandma to my aunt's place. I feel so sad when I see her now. She's so old and weak, and I barely even talk to her because of our communication barrier. She can only speak dialects, and I can't. She has to clutch tight with both hands to the banister to get herself up the stairs, and she pants just from walking.

Seeing her do it just made me so angry that they don't even have freaking lifts where she stays. I mean hello, almost everywhere has a lift now! Thankfully they're building them now though.

Anyway, then my parents and I went to eat at Bedok, block 511. Some place we haven't eaten at for quite a long while now. Went home after that.

Today there was the class bbq. Actually it was supposed to be yesterday I think, but somehow it got postponed to today. Arranged to meet Yy at WS 3pm, but she got there 20min early. Then we went to find Costa Sands. Took quite a while doing it, I guess it sounds dumb but yeah, we really didn't know where it was.

After that we reached and realised it was locked, ahhhh. Decided to go to my brother's chalet to enjoy aircon. It was totally coincidental that his class was having a chalet at the same place, same date. 6- 8 Dec. But he was at Block A and we were at D. Felt quite unwelcome at his chalet. LOL I guess we can't actually expect them to welcome us with open arms.

Got half-naked guys there, uhhh but none of them were hot. Hahaha. They're also quite vulgar. Sat there with Yy and looked at her Beethoven scores. Some damn long sonata. Sounds quite nice though.

Then she said Nigel was at Mac's, so we went there to find him and Yixuan. I really don't like the guy who stands there at the Costa Sands resort entrance. His face so qianbian, then when I asked him if he had coins he just frowned at me and mumbled no. Speak up or I smack you I tell you.

Anyway Yy decided to take a picture of Nigel's hair, so we had to hide secretly and look extremely suspicious. Hahaha. Stood there for don't know how long, then finally sat down outside Mac's. Pohyi came a few min later, then we went in and sat there awhile before a whole group of soaking wet 3L people came to meet us. Apparently they just went to WWW.

Then we finally got to go in to the chalet. Block D, Room 1435. Got a deck of cards and played Cheat with Yy, Pohyi, Yixuan. Yy finished first, then me. Helped Pohyi out with her cards, can't remember who finished after that. I think nobody.

Bbq started around 6 plus? There was fried rice, satay, sausages, chicken wings, the usual bbq food. The fried rice was really nice. (Hey it rhymes) Then Yy and I went up and turned on Channel U and rested. Hai, thought we finally got some peace and quiet until some others came in. Played Stress with Yy, and then my brother came to visit.

Taught him Stress, which wasn't so bad I think. Played till around 9pm, until only me, my brother, Yy and Faith were left in the chalet. The others were all downstairs bbq-ing again. Left and said bye to my brother who was staying overnight. Walked to mrt and decide to be dumb and wave randomly to people walking past.

Haha there was this couple on a motorbike, and the guy said "byebye" to us as we crossed the road. Yy also waved to a (she thinks he's cute) guy who looked at us and raised his hand slightly awkwardly like he didn't know whether he should wave back. LOL.

I wanted to wave too to other people, but chickened out in the end. Oh and later when the mrt we boarded reached Simei, I actually forgot to alight! Can't believe it, omg. Then Yy suddenly pushed me and was like "SIMEI SIMEI" and I dashed out just as the doors were closing. Felt. So. Stooooopid.

599th post! Wow, one more post to 600. That's really scary; 3 years of blogging, 600 posts, so I blog an average of 200 posts a year? But then I hiatus-ed from Oct 09 to April 10, so... -shrug- not accurate.

Anyway, listened to Danger Days again (I'm sorry, I know it seems like the only thing I ever talk about these days) and GAH. It's growing on me, I can feel it. It's actually a really good album, but most people are just really turned off by the synthesizer. Aw come on, Ray did some pretty good solos too. I LOVE RAY TORO! I'm in awe of his guitar skills!

So well, went to meet Kairong Lifang Rachel today for SS. Met only Rachel first because the other two were gonna be late. Went to Aston's, and on the way there we walked past this angmoh couple and the guy kept staring at me. Walk past already, still turn back and stare and point, then he said smth to his girlfriend/sister and Rachel said he said "she's tall". Aw thanks, I know /pam

Anyway, ordered our meals which took forever to come, maybe cause it was lunch hour, then ate, then halfway Kairong came. Played monopoly deal while waiting for our last little one to come, and we actually spent 2 hours on it! Shocker.

Well, then the beanie girl finally came, and we went to find a place to discuss/film. Rachel lost her broadband, well I can sympathise. Sigh. Went to staff canteen at T2 to try and find it, and the cleaners were surprisingly really helpful, though we still didn't find it in the end.

Then we went to BK (saw Starbucks on the way and there was this huge line of people cause there was a sort-of offer, really awesome) and got ice-cream and sat down to talk about it. Finally came up with a script, but we're only gonna film tomorrow cause there's no more time today. Boohoo.

Played monopoly deal again, then went home.
I like monopoly deal! Learnt how to play today (don't laugh) and I won twice, Rachel says it's beginner's luck; I think otherwise. Muahahahahah

Went to MCR's website just now, and I guess I shouldn't have, but I clicked on Apparel anyway, and my gawd, I fell in love with 2 shirts and 2 hoodies. One shirt has purplish-pinkish 'Na's all over it, and the other says "MIKEY FUCKIN WAY." Then one hoodie says "The Black Parade is Dead" and the other says "DEAD!" I WANTTTTTT. LOL but average they're like $18 or 19 each, and they didn't say what dollar but it's probably US, so convert to S dollar is like... Yeah. You geddit.

ANYWAY. Went out with the "family" today. Arranged to meet at 12, and as usual both of them woke at 11am while I woke at 8am. Lianne was late, so Tania and I went to buy tickets first for Rapunzel 3D. Then we walked around, couldn't decide what to eat, and finally so-called went to check out Cafe Cartel.

They practically forced me to go ask the guy (who looks A LOT like the CD president 2009, you know, the short short guy) about student meal. Then in the end after much deliberating, we went to eat there. Shared 2 meals, so it was 6.30 (?) each. One was like fried fish, the other was... some pasta thing. -shrug- I didn't order, so only the couple knew what it was.

Then, sat there until we suddenly realised it was 1.27 already (movie started at 130pm) so we rushed to buy food and then went in. I didn't know they included my share in the food, cause I was thinking that I didn't want any, and then they still bought my share, noooo. So yeah, had to pay $5+ for smth I didn't even want in the first place.

The movie was quite nice actually, unlike what I expected. I've always disliked most animations because they're quite lame, but Rapunzel was pretty good. Blondie was so pretty! The guy was so cute too, if only they're both real. Then the dude will be even more famous than Justin Beaver, HAHAHA. Mandy Moore has a such a lovely voice! I used to love her but then I slowly stopped listening to her, and I forgot what an amazing voice she has.

After the movie, we intended to sneak in to Easy A, so we went to the toilet to hide first. But it failed, because we chickened out in the end, when we realised the staff were everywhere, and they occasionally come in to check on us. Especially after we went out and then went in again, pretending that Lianne had a stomachache, this guy came and knocked on the door, so in the end we didn't do it. LOL. Easy A seems nice though, hai, I half-wish I'm 16.

Didn't know what to do after that. Walked out to Open Plaza, then walked back in, and finally decided to follow Tania to her community centre cause she wanted to hand in her merit bursary form or something. It was the wrong centre, so we took bus to another one, then took yet another bus to get back to Tamp, near where Tania stays.

Made a last-minute decision to go to Tania's place again, where we baked blondies and just hung around. Tania lost her phone again, but she found it cause the person called and she found out she left it at the shop below her block. Sigh, careless woman. She already lost one phone a few days ago.

Sat there wondering if we should stay for dinner after that, but my mom wanted me to go home for dinner, so I rushed home because I was like half an hour late, and I was so sure she was pissed. In the end she wasn't even angry at all. Hai, it's so rare that we get to meetup (all three of us) and I had to rush off.

Lianne thinks we should go to Tania's house again sometime and make dinner then watch a movie like last time (when we cooked the failure dinner then watched Starstruck and I fell in love again with Drew Ryan Scott's voice), and I agree. -nods-

Well anyway, SS project tomorrow, without Lifang since she's busy. Wonder if Rachel and Kairong wanna go eat Aston's for lunch /pam
And I also want to listen to Danger Days now, but my dad's at the balcony and that's where the radio is. He'll probably find it noisy.

DANGER DAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Went up to my house just now,
and there was this guy in my lift who came up to my floor too. When I went home my mom looked out when I opened the door and was like "Who's that guy? Send you home ah?" I looked and saw the guy standing at the lift landing walking around looking at his phone randomly. Look in my direction somemore.
Then my mom kept asking who is he, and if he follow me home. Kept insisting I don't know him, somemore he looks like at least NS or something lor. What the hell, then she don't believe me. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HIM!

Right, now she's telling my dad about it. Swear I don't know him. Don't believe, she can go ask him if he knows me lah. Tch.
Maybe my cramps are making me moody. Really damn fuhreeking pain. I hate it, GAHHH. It's like this stabbing pain around my stomach, like somebody's repeatedly stabbing me over and over and over again.

Anyway, went to AMK Hub just now with Lianne.
Impromptu decision to go somewhere far away.
Quite a long journey there leh.
Went to eat Subway, then wanted to go buy tickets for some random movie, then sneak in to Easy A. Sadly, there was no Easy A. Hai, what a disappointment.
So we caught The Next Three Days instead. Not bad leh, I'd recommend it. A bit draggy though. The movie's like 2.5 hours, around there.
Saw the advert for Burlesque, omg it seems super nice, I want to watch. The girl singing was like wqeht92 y90u40u9r2 hrtjhosp, her voice damn nice, damn power. It's the kind of voice I can only dream of having. Sigh, some people just have it all huh.

Then after that, wanted to buy Koi, but ended up walking around outside instead. Walk walk walk, then walk back. Then walked around AMKHub again. Lianne bought snow ice which she actually mistook as 'shaved ice', and she kept telling me 'shaved ice' is nice and I had no idea what she was talking about LOL.
Went to sit down at this fountain thingy after she bought her 'shaved ice', then she started trying to persuade me to go International World Studies with her and the mom. But it's damn exp! Doesn't anyone agree with me that it's not worth it? Hai i don't know lah. But I'm still gonna ask my mom, though I feel bad for wasting money.
Like I told Lianne, I can buy 4 Astons' meals and 2 drinks with 66 bucks! LOL. But alright fine, I'll still ask my folks Lianne.

Uhh well that's the end for today I guess. I CRAVE STARBUCKS. I've been having a few cravings lately, a few of which are going Airport, eating Astons' and drinking Starbucks, although it's more of like the hot chocolate craving than the coffee craving. But luckily, I'm going to Airport on Thurs, yay! With my 3L SS Proj people, namely Lifang Kairong & Rachel.

Can't believe I'm saying it, but I kinda miss being in school you know. Like all the noise in 3L and all the jokes and the exasperated teachers threatening to request not to take our class next year. Miss my ladies in the first two rows, hahaha. I love the class seating arrangement we had during ALPS! It was awesome; I hope we get to sit like that next year, though there's a very low chance we'll get to do that if Mrs. JY is our form teacher next year...

Today I met Daine at 1130am for lunch.
Ate at food court, then bought bubble tea and headed to school.
Last day of cca for the year! -dances around-
It was quite okay, surprisingly Ms Shermaine didn't turn up for her farewell.
Casting was a waste of time, because most of the time,
we were made to sit outside and wait for our turn to audition.
I didn't get the role I auditioned for, as expected.
It happens every year. HAHA. Can't act for nuts.
Suppose I'll do either Lighting or Sound now.
I want Lighting, though. -crosses fingers-

Cca let out at 430pm, half an hour late.
Daine and I rushed to our studio.
Ooh I found out it's the same one A.MINOR went to,
for our first band meetup.
It's cramped, and the sound quality and instruments suck,
as usual. 15 dollars ain't worth the moneh.
I much prefer the Bugis one. Sigh.

And omg something damn funny happened.
While we were preparing to leave,
Daine turned off the lights when we were still inside,
and the whole room instantly turned super dark. Quite creepy.
Then we were like whoa and when she turned it back on,
I imagined suddenly got somebody else standing with us in the room.
And then we both turned to the door,
and saw the studio guy's face peering in at the glass panel,
and both of us got a shock.
LOL we both made the same sound of shock,
then the guy came in and was like
"Yeah, people get scared by me standing there all the time."

Then after that we went to eat at Mac's.
My gawd, it was horrible.
We both felt damn bloated and uncomfortable after that.
Even now, I still feel the bulge in my tummy.
Looks like I'm not going to be eating at Mac's for a while.
I should drink more water, but I don't feel like it.
Still feeling like a snake that just swallowed a cow.

wonder how true that is. I really liked Na Na Na and Sing, though.
The review also didn't like The Only Hope For Me,
though I personally liked it (Well maybe just the chorus,
the verses were too techo-ish for me)

Tomorrow will be another boring day spent at home.
Hopefully it won't be that hot, though.
I wore a short dress with leggings today for perf,
and hell, it was hot. I was roasting myself backstage.
Feeling so relieved to be wearing shorts again.

Turns out I've been smsing my Tweets to the wrong number for 2 months;

And as we ran from the cops, we laughed so hard it would sting.

My perf is tomorrow.
And while I was on the train back,
I started like air-practising or whatever you call it,
but not in the obvious way.
And you know when I stepped out from the train,
I realised my legs were trembling!
Just because I thought of how I'm gonna play tomorrow,
in front of all the people.
Then when I got home, I practised for real,
and I started shaking again, and I felt like crying,
and vomitting, all at the same time. Nervous. LOL
My Gawwd, it was a horrible feeling.
I'd never want to feel that again.
My nerves are really annoying. I'm scared!
According to Mrs Sng, she used to vomit every time before a perf.

Anyway, so we had cca today.
Wasn't actually like a official thing I think.
Planned to have breakfast with Daine,
but she decided to sleep in at the last minute.
So we met at Tanahmerah Mrt, and I was freaking late,
like I reached the mrt just on the dot, at 9am.
Which is when cca starts.

Brisk walked to school, and like fifteen people were there,
together with Ms Farah. Sigh. But we were still late.
We're gonna change instructor next time!
To some woman named Cheo Su Ping (?)
And cca's gonna change from Thurs to Wed.
So it'll be Mon and Wed from next year on.
I guess it's a good thing, since cca will start earlier,
meaning we can go home earlier /pam

"Cca" ended at like 10am.
Did punishment (duckwalking?) for being late,
together with a load of other people.
Wah, legs damn tired after that. Couldn't stand properly.
Then Daine, Cola and I ran round pas and drew on whiteboard for fun.
Edna was there too, and she didn't look very happy with that. HAHA

Went to Pasir Ris after that with Daine and Lidan.
They ate jap food at Men Men Don Don, and I pei-ed them,
cause I was waiting to meet Lianne at 12.
Called her at 12, and guess what, she just woke up.
What's new? Hai.

Arranged to meet at 1230pm instead,
and being hungry, I ate first with Lidan and Daine.
And I lost track of time and ended up reaching at 1pm instead.
Went to Ehub and realised the timing for HP7 was like 3+pm.
So we decided to anyhow take bus instead, and boarded a two-deck 12.

It was horrible, cause we saw this couple making out.
It. Was. The. Most. Traumatising. Thing. I. Have. Ever. Seen.
(Other than Chucky, Sixth Sense and maybe Ghost Ship)
Personally, I would compare the viewing experience to that of a horror movie.
They're both like 12 or 13, and the guy's ugly, and very nerdy.
I'll be straightforward with that, because if you'd seen him,
you'd say the same thing, trust me.
The girl was less than average looking.
She's very short, a bit fat, he's very tall and skinny.
And they were accompanied by this extra girl, like same age,
typical Ahlian with the overdone rebonded hair and fancy earrings and whatever.

And Lianne and I didn't really take notice of them,
but after that they started making out.
And I was like O_O and I thought they would stop,
but what the hell, the damn dude leaned in to kiss her every few seconds.
For like ten minutes straight. And he was very close to her, literally.
They probably could've occupied one bus seat.
And their friend moved to the back less than halfway HAHAHA
Probably found them an eyesore, just like we did.

Lianne and I couldn't stop laughing out loud,
and everytime they kissed we'd just laugh like crazy.
Finally the three of them turned to stare at us,
and I resorted to pointing out the window randomly
and saying "Omg damn funny".
Laughed till my throat hurt. And they just kept doing it!
They sat right in front of us somemore.
I felt so disgusted please, I had goosebumps all over me.
At least move to the back lah PLEASE
Or else, GET A ROOM, FELLAS

Finally got off at Bugis, and went to Iluma
(is it spelt this way?),
then Bugis Junction to window shop.
Went back to Iluma again, then got tickets to HP7.

The movie was a disappointment!
Maybe cause I've read the book, but seriously,
I didn't like it. Book's way better.
And Harry dancing with Hermione was just weird.
BOOO. Hermione and Ron make a cuter couple!

Went home after that. Trained back to Simei,
and that's when the nervousness started.

SIGHHH.
How I wish I'm those kind of people who can like,
fluently play the piano in public and don't feel nervous at all.

Brother invited the same two guys over,
and they took up the tv room, took the iPod,
ate some of our chocolate, drank drinks,
and nearly ate all the fried prawns.
Brother came in and asked me if they could finish it,
and I just frowned and said whatever.
And he went and told them to leave the remaining five for me.
Then one of them said "Tell her we're sorry."
Eh, sorry no cure hor.

Haha I think it sounds quite immature to be fighting over fried prawns,
but they're noisy and irritating.
Psh, when the zhabors come over at least they buy their own food.

I was clearing my drawers yesterday, and I found a lot of junk. Some of it I threw away, some I kept. Here's the list:

- A load of old movie tickets

- One dollar coin
- Keychains
- Farewell cards
- Birthday cards
- Consent forms for Sec1 Induction Camp & Bonding Camp
(shocking right? I couldn't believe it either. The Induction one was even as good as new!)
- Korea minimart and plane tickets
- Old diaries (Had fun reading them)
- Post-its
- Tickets to random places
- Torchlight
- Old keys
- Hairbands
- Long-lost earrings & pendants
- Markers with no ink
- A thermometer with low battery

The diaries were really interesting.
My posts were all about ranting, sometimes about daily life.
Ironic thing was, one diary was from Sec1, another Sec2,
and the last post for the Sec1 one ended with
"I love 1F'08, hope I get into the same class next year as most of them!"
And the Sec2 one ended with "RNE Sectwos <3"

Actually I kept most of the 'junk'.
Gonna clear my third drawer today,
the one I'm talking about is the second.
First one is a drawer dedicated to primary school,
and it's not messy at all so I'm not touching it.

Sigh, I guess you can infer how boring my life is,
since I spent this post talking about cleaning my room.

i'm starting to hate my voice.
i wish i had strong vocals like T.Keli or something,

this past week was spent attending music workshops,
surfing Youtube, getting high on MCR & VFC,
checking out new songs, sleeping in,
leading a pretty boring life.
but i guess it's good.
i don't want this year to end.
funny how kids can't wait to grow up,
then as the years go by they want to turn back time.

i'm losing my love for kpop.
it's been weeks since i last searched
Big Bang or 2NE1 on Youtube.
i am such a kwave fan, URGH.
to think i used to be so crazy about them.
but some fans are really crazy.
everybody used to love SE7EN and Jonghyun,
but when they revealed their secret girlfriends,
half their fans turned against them
and even started anti groups.
like, what the hell? that's so immature please.

yeah, so i'm sick of seeing jealous kpop fans
splashed all over Youtube.
some metal lovers are not much better, either.
they're very sensitive and if you say one bad thing
about a metal band on Youtube,
you get flamed with lots of spam comments,
simple as that.

and there grows a fan war,
as more people start to join in as well.
Youtubers are such... kids.

but anyway, i digressed so much! LOL
yesterday we had yet another music workshop in the morning,
and it was about Balinese music.
wasn't too bad, but i kept yawning. lack of sleep.
we got to choose what instruments we wanted to play.
there were gongs, bonang panerus, bonang something,
and a lot of xylophone-like instruments,
which i cannot remember what their names are right now
(omg, my memory sucks)

i played the slenthem!
don't ask me what that is,
because i have no idea.
it's one of the xylophone-like things.
you hit it with a big mallet,
and it has this soft 'pong' sound,
with different pitches for every note (ah duh).
and then the Balinese guy gave us some simple notes to read,
taught some people what to do, and tada, you get a
very simple Balinese gamelan.

honestly, i think the song we played
was the same standard as playing Twinkle2 Little Star
one handed, on the piano.
but it was pretty entertaining.
the teacher was really patient and all,
and he even noticed when i played wrongly.
observant much?

then after that Faith, Angelina, Lifang and i
went to Simei to eat at 18 Chefs'.
i ate really fast that day cause i was starving.
then we went all the way up to AHS
to hand in last-minute stuffs.
for me, i had to hand in my Edusave form,
buy books and return my properly-filed chem spa file.
Mr Goh actually thanked me for returning it.
i suspect this means some people don't bother returning. haha.

then we travelled home again.
i was deadbeat by the time i got back.
listened to a bit of MCR, watched tv,
then went to bed.

tell me why's my life so boring.
i feel like a computer geek, you know.
MCR's my only solace.

i don't mean to sound like a bookworm,

the more i think about it, the more i dislike D. Radcliffe.
i mean, the dude can't act. and he's so short.
someone as amazing as Harry Potter at least
deserves to be taller.
i guess Rupert Grint is a nice actor for Ron,
but i don't think Emma Watson suits Hermione too.
there's just something about Emma that irks me,
even if she does have one extremely cute brother.

in any case, i love the HP series!
also, i watched "16 and Pregnant", just cause i was curious.
wow, seriously made me tear up. those girls are so brave.
and i can't believe how fine their parents are with it.
i thought they'd totally flip out.
there was this one girl, Macy i think, that i like,
who told her mother the big news via text message.

she took out her phone during class and was like

i love Macy! her boyfriend Ryan is a jerk though.

and Tyler. they are such a sweet couple,
and the adoptive parents have this worried look,
like they're scared C and Tyler will change their minds last minute.
and both of them cry so freaking much, it's so cute.
ahhhh, and Tyler has green eyes to die for.
i hope baby Carly gets his awesome eyes.

i'm so gonna watch Season 2!
although the finale for Season 1 was awkward,
like really awkward. i hate Dr Drew. psh.

tomorrow will just be another lame day spent at home. sigh.

1) worst last day of school ever.
i was rushing last-minute work,
alongside a lot of people. sigh.

2) got back report books last period.
was quite okay with my results,
since i improved.

3) went with Lianne to watch Unstoppable.
it was awesome! you should go watch it, if you haven't.
it's generally about trains. hahaha.
Lianne found it boring; she finds every movie boring lah.

4) after that, we went home.

today, i basically listened to 987,
MCR, watched VFC's homemade videos,
missed Thomas Fiss, missed Bob Bryar,
(it's the Chris Trousdale dilemma all over again;
to love or to hate)
and went out to eat earlier.

he wants a laptop even though our desktop's working fine.
doesn't the ass know money is hard to come by!
mom keeps asking what's the point of buying him a laptop

but of course my parents gave in to him
and promised him they'll give him my dad's laptop,

but we were nothing compared to the 3E people,
who just finished their classes o_o

on the bus, Kairong suddenly rushed out last minute,
saying she realised she has to go training, hai.
make me so disappointed T.T
so i sat in the bus alone,
counting the number of 'Na's in MCR's Na Na Na
with Den & Pohyi. they got 47, i got 38 LOL

reached Sengkang Pri (?) later.
the whole fashion thing was not bad i guess.
the other schools, some of them,
really didn't look like they put much effort in their costumes :/
our school's costumes are awesome!
Rachel said the others put a lot of effort in, esp Zhenying.
haha yay i'm proud of my kpop sis :D really super nice!
and they got 1st, omg!
it was hilarious when they announced the 2nd prize winners,
and then immediately our school started cheering like crazy,
cause we knew we were 1st prize already LOL

screamed like mad when they announced we were 1st.
turned round and saw Zhenying doing a little dance in the back HAHA
felt so proud of the art people at that moment.

after the thing, we took bus back to school.
arrived at school and hilled down by myself, sigh.
bought a Subway sandwich to make myself happy.
the guy was a little annoyed cause i kept 'huh'ing him LOL

today (101110) we had our CL 'O's!
as i mentioned before, lucky CL people,
don't have to come to school at all, hai.
Paper 1 was okay. Paper 2 was okay.
there was only 7 people in our class,
because the rest were downstairs in another classroom or smth.
i like the quiet ambience :D

after Paper 2, went to 3L classroom with LF
to clear my locker. wow, super mass of junk.
there was a lot of rubbish and all.
found my pen that i thought was long gone,
and my chem spa file that i also thought was long gone,
as well as my physics spa exp 5 that i thought
would never return to me, and a lot of other forgotten stuff.
it's always like that at the end of the year. haha.
somehow you magically find back all the stuff
you thought you'd lost during the course of the year.

so i cleared my stuff and carried
an armload of books down to meet Lianne at 3J.
her load of books was much worse than mine o_o
lucky for her, she brought a bag,
but she still couldn't fit everything in,
so she left some books in class LOL.

went down to meet Tania
and to get A4 boxes from photocopying shop.
was devastated when we found out don't have.
because that meant i would have to lug
all my books down in one arm!
i even asked the auntie 3 times in a row.
so in the end we hilled down.
horrible ttm. the heat was blazing at like 1pm,
and the books were just hell.

but that also means i won't have to carry
another stack of heavy books, tomorrow & friday.
finally after eternity, we reached the mrt.
thought of going to get iced coffee with Tania,
but the thought of dragging all my stuff there... sigh.
so we went home instead.
i went to bathe cause i couldn't take the heat anymore.

and i spent the whole afternoon reading Wattpad.
i still have music & ss homework.

and immediately everybody saw it.
some people started laughing and cheering for Em,

unfortunately, he didn't notice the 'e'
that somebody had added earlier to 'Rap'.
so everybody started laughing like crazy,
and Mr Goh quickly changed the 'Rape' to 'Pop'.

3) however, Eminem still owns all :D

4) planned to go eat Aston's with lifang & yy after school.
but yy had to go home last-minute,
and lifang had to rush home for piano.
hai, so we went to bus stop and i took bus home.

so now, i'm stuck home early with nothing to do.

kept feeling happy it was the last day
of the first ALPS week,
but then remembered i had cca later. hai.

3) czh released us at 140pm and not 115pm.
can tell he was quite fed up with our attitude.
anyway i didn't really mind,
since i was chionging my baozhangbaodao.

4) went for cca, which started at 150pm.
Ms Lukic came to supervise,
and we were doing some groupwork thingum for SYF.
Daine made me group with her, Cola, Mingwei,
Charles, Alaric and two sec1 guys. (i think)
it was... unproductive.
Ms Lukic was very concerned about our group.
tbh, it was cause of Mingwei's constant opposition. -.-

5) cca ended in 1 hour :DD AWESOME.
everybody (i think) was like YESSS
when Ms Lukic said we could go already.
hilled down with Daine & Cola,
went to Simei Starbucks with Daine.
bought venti Toffee Nut Frap,
which is not bad but i couldn't finish it.
most of the stuff left was whipped cream, luckily

6) sat there talking about random stuff for 2 hours,
then went home

TODAY (051110):

1) went to eat dimsum just now with family at Changi.
yummy, but i was having the flu so i couldn't really enjoy it.
