1. Went out today with Lumster and Shijia to check out Tiong Bahru. It's good! Lots of hidden cafes and cool bookstores. Regret not bringing my camera.

2. I kind of miss school...? Not really surprising to me cause I kinda expected that I'd miss school after I graduate. I don't miss the exams of course but it's more of the I-have-something-to-do-with-my-life feeling and some of the more slack stuff like certain tutorials and PE classes and random outings after school. I also kind of miss learning new things in lectures. Oh oh and breaks. I miss da food. And the avocado milkshake Shijia and I were obsessed with in JC1 hahaha.

3. Lum said today that next year is apparently a good year for us piggies. Not one to believe in superstition but no harm anticipating some luck! #optimism #coughcough #Alevelresults

4. I am desperate to find Get Born by JET. Rang up all the CD stores I could think of this morning and only then did I realise how much the music industry has suffered. That CD Shop is down to two outlets from six a few years back, HMV is operating just one outlet now and Gramophone fell out of business this year. And Get Born is such an amazing album I just need to get my hands on it! This country sucks :( oh well maybe I'll fall out of love with it soon, like I did with Symphony Soldier by The Cab. But right now ugh my album I WANT YOU

5. Tumblr is seriously awesome. Gotta say this again haha. Nobody ever seems to get my jokes and everyone says my sense of humour is weird but then I go on Tumblr and it's like discovering a whole new world of extremist 'me's omg. I actually fit in! -throws confetti in air-

6. Cousin came to collect my lecture notes and stuff today that I packed nicely for him. It's like a she3 bu4 de2 feeling :'( on one hand I'm glad to be rid of my notes but on the other hand... so many memories. Hahaha you must think I'm crazy but seriously.

7. Off to bed. Mega tired.

Day 11 of Morocco. Visited Safi, Oualidia and El Jadida and then returned to Casablanca for the night.

Spent most of the morning driving along the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, and visited a former portuguese fort in the late afternoon.
