hello!! finally back after a very long while.
so circuit breaker ended, and now we are in phase 2. but fortunately the streets have still been pretty empty, public transport is surprisingly bearable to be on (i guess most people are still WFH) and life in general, has been pleasant.
work has been better and more manageable, though of course, don't want to sound too optimistic in fears of jinxing myself. somehow that always happens to me - i tell my colleague i have nth to do, and next moment i have alot of things to do -___-
today is polling day!! hope yall had a great one - i personally am super happy and thankful to finally have another long weekend after what feels like ages.
oh yes and i also changed phone, so not sure when will be the next time i upload pictures, sobs sorry. still trying to get used to it plus i stopped taking pics of every single little thing, so i can save space hahaha.

not having small talk. i really dislike small talk! although sometimes i do see the need for it. eg. not close to someone at work but in the same environment.

i think oysters? they always look sooo good. but i actually did try one once (without lemon) it was so disgusting LOL i wouldn't mind trying again with lots of lemon this time

covid-19 maybe? LOL. in all seriousness my generation has lived through some crazy things tho. aside from pandemics like sars, mers, there was also 9/11, rise of isis, 2004 (?) tsunami, etc. we also grew up into the tech era.

there would probably be A LOT of pandering to the youth instead... since youth groups would likely be considered the most susceptible to social influence. i imagine the country would be... a lot more liberal, at least on the surface?

dont think we have decor? hmm. those i can think of was stuff left by the previous homeowner. there are also gifts that we got over the years like candles

i have had a few very memorable teachers, none really crazy though. mrs sng from o level music was v memorable and she still keeps in touch with us. also had a pretty funny american stats prof (emily something) in first year of uni, and an australian prof (donna something) who taught a history module on pirates!
30. What “old person” things do you do?
LOL so many... i like to lim kopi while reading news/surfing reddit on my phone. i like "old people food" like bitter gourd and ginger stuff. i try to sleep at least 7 hours every night. since i wake up at 630am, that means sleeping by 11pm if i want full uninterrupted sleep.
