hello!

i used to do blog quizzes alot when i was a child - like 13/14? 

and now it is so hard to find blog quiz questions online wow. i think everyone has migrated to vlogging instead. 

but because i am traditional and i love just typing away on my computer (hence ze blog url), here is a a 200-question quiz i manage to find on conversationstartersworld.com called "Casual questions to get to know someone". 

not sure if i will make it to the end! not sure if you will make it to the end either, or if you'll get bored halfday hehe. 

1. What shows are you into?

these days it's good, light-hearted tv shows, like modern family/b99. or indie movies (the humanist/thought-provoking ones, not the weird lovey-dovey mainstream stuff like say 500 days of summer/wallflower. my fav director-producer is Linklater!) and i'm not very into all the fighting/political kind of shows like GOT/kingdom. not a korean romcom person either. i might watch it if it's on tv, but thats about it.

don't think i have one. or maybe that i have memorised the world map? hahaha

3. How often do you play sports?

not often at all

i don't like to talk while i eat

not as often as i would like to

probably coffee at the moment... white, no sugar/less sugar

not sure if it counts as a skill but i would really like to have better memory

youtube! you can watch anything, anywhere, from food videos to funny videos to music videos to weird things like asmr stuff, if you are into that

probably wooden/industrial-themed, with a couple rugs to soften the look. and definitely minimalist cos i dislike clutter

"Slacker" LOL

80? 85? old enough to have experienced most things, not old enough to feel like i'm just waiting to die

probably history, languages... things like that

with a good hearty breakfast and a cup of coffee yums

humanity's greatest mystery... why are we here, what happens after death etc

slightly different. could still travel, go out anywhere i liked, etc :(

los angeles, california / las vegas, nevada. twas a good holiday!

i dont rly know. maybe like a... life at sea / living on a farm / living in antarctica kind of channel?? hahaha not sure if those channels alr exist but they would sure be interesting to watch

31. Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?

maybe berlin! people there just seem really different from anywhere else in europe. they're smart, informed and progressive. though one of my german profs did say that she thinks germans tend to over-compensate for what happened in the past. 

32. What fad or trend do you hope comes back?

knee-length denim shorts. so cute!

ooo that's tough. maybe LA?

34. When was the last time you climbed a tree just for fun?

probably when i was 11.

if it's not smth i found off of google, then probably highlander coffee which i stumbled upon in 2014 while looking for somewhere to wait. it was sooo good. sadly cos it's really out of the way, i haven't been back since

36. What is special about the place you grew up?

pretty typical answer for this... it's nostalgic, it holds memories of times when i was carefree and clueless about life and everything was new to me 

37. What age do you wish you could permanently be?

dats tough. dont think there's an age i wish i could permanently be... i would wonder incessantly about how future ages would be like. there are both things to like and dislike about every age. 

38. What’s worth spending more on to get the best?

FOOD. never felt as as certain with any answer so far as this haha. some people might argue it's clothes/other material stuff, but i think even the best material stuff loses its appeal quick, and then it's just ok how do i get rid of these things? 

39. What are you most likely to become famous for?

errr i have no idea

40. What fictional place would you most like to go?

hogwarts!

not sure what's the most. michael showing up for pam's art exhibition was so sweet though!

probably not a piece of art, but the lines on my bathroom wall tile somehow look like a bad shipwreck in a storm which is super cool n i love it

dates... good meals and coffee/walks afters!

both! i liked whitewater rafting and i would love to try hang gliding one day

that meme with the asian-american guy... google search says it's Jonny Kim. American navy lieutenant, physician, NASA astronaut, married with 3 kids. and he's only 36! how even...

so many haha. but i think reality tv is pretty nonsense

maybe therapy or counselling actlly haha. but it's too emotionally draining to do full-time
